Fact: Though it only accounts for 1% of the world’s coffee production, Papua New Guinea’s unique micro climate and rich volcanic soils create a coffee with exceptional quality and distinct fruity notes.

Elevation: Grown at altitudes ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 metres, promoting the development of its unique flavour profile.
Process: Typically naturally processed, resulting in coffee with a distinct fruity and wine-like complexity.
Fact: Ethiopia is considered the birthplace of coffee and the term ‘Mocha’ in its name doesn’t refer to chocolate but to the port of Mocha in Yemen, from where coffee was first shipped to Europe.
