All climbers at Fenrock must complete an Acknowledgement of Risk/ Waiver before participating. Adults need to fill out the Adult Waiver. Persons under 18 require their waiver to be completed by their parent or legal guardian. The adult who is supervising the child on that day will also need to complete a Supervisor Waiver.

A corporate supervision form is for schools, care homes, carers who are employed or any corporate body bringing a person to use the facilities.

These forms are compulsory for everyone prior to use of the centre.
