Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your monthly plan at any time, and any remaining sessions for that month can still be used.
- Please note, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- If you do not attend a scheduled session, no refund or rescheduling will be provided for the missed session.
- We recommend trying climbing at Fenrock on at least a day session before committing to Boulder School.
