Cancellations: We require at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A £75 non-refundable deposit is included in your total payment.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to get checked in.

Paperwork: All participants must have their waiver forms filled out online before the session begins.

Food & Cake: You are more than welcome to bring cupcakes to celebrate!

Safety First: Please do not bring knives onto the site. If your cupcakes or treats require serving, our staff will be happy to assist you with appropriate tools.
