Course Overview:

At Fenrock, the NICAS Level One Bouldering course offers a fantastic introduction to the world of climbing for young enthusiasts. Specifically designed for beginners aged 7 to 14, this course focuses on the foundational aspects of bouldering, a form of climbing performed on small rock formations or artificial rock walls without the use of ropes or harnesses.

Our expert instructors guide participants through essential techniques, safety practices, and climbing etiquette, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. This level lays the groundwork for developing confidence, strength, and problem-solving skills on the wall. It’s an ideal starting point for young climbers to embark on their climbing journey, foster a love for the sport, and prepare for more advanced levels in the NICAS program.
